Are you ready to take the next step in your logistics career? At MTD Water, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading warehouse operations, developing your team and driving performance, safety and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring we consistently deliver strong results for our customers while creating an engaged and high-performing operational team.
How You'll Make An Impact
Oversee daily operations, ensuring performance targets are met and corrective actions are implemented when required.
Lead, coach, and develop team members through ongoing training and performance management, and foster a positive team culture.
Assign tasks and monitor work completion to ensure accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Manage employee relations issues and support disciplinary and corrective actions where necessary.
Plan, organize, and adjust staffing and scheduling to meet operational demands.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies, quality management processes, and cost control initiatives.
Ensure achievement of customer metrics, including quality and responsiveness.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
Maintain accurate operational reports and ensure adherence to process documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Managing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth inbound/outbound processes.
Ensure accuracy in the picking and packing of the equipment
Overseeing inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and preventing losses or expired goods.
Training and supervising warehouse staff and ensuring safety compliance.
Coordinating logistics, transportation, and vendor interactions.
Monitoring KPIs, cost control, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring To MTD
Proven experience in a similar role within a logistics environment, including leading a team.
Experience working with Warehouse Management and other common Software Systems.
Knowledge of Lean methodology is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset and strong ability to collaborate across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in warehouse operations (5+ years).
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and data analytics.
Understanding of logistics, safety standards, and inventory control.
Knowledge of water products and systems is a plus.
